How Custom Orders Work
Step 1
Submit your custom order request using the form below with your flavor selections, quantity, and event details.
Step 2
We review your request and contact you within 1-2 business days with a custom quote and available production dates.
Step 3
Once you approve the quote we send you a secure payment link. Your order enters production after payment is received.
Step 4
Your fresh baked cookies are carefully packaged and shipped via UPS Ground with tracking information provided.

Minimum Order: 2 dozen cookies ($44.00-$50.00) Standard Pricing: x2 per dozen Bulk Discounts: Available for orders of 10+ dozen — contact us for pricing Production Time: Please allow at least 2 weeks for custom orders Shipping: All custom orders ship via UPS Ground on Thursdays Payment: Secure payment link provided after quote approval

Important Notes
- Custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received
- All custom orders follow our Thursday shipping schedule
- We do not offer expedited shipping for custom orders
- Requested delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate
- All cookies are baked in a licensed commercial kitchen
