Ordering
How do I place an order? Simply visit our Shop page, select your favorite cookie flavors, add them to your cart, and checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Square payments.
How far in advance should I place my order? We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance especially during holidays and special occasions. All orders must be placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM Central Time to ship that Thursday.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours your order enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled. Please contact us immediately at cookies4college2025@gmail.com if you need to make changes.
Do you offer gift messaging or custom notes with orders? Yes! During checkout you can add a gift message or custom note to your order. We will include it with your package. Perfect for birthdays, graduations, and special occasions!
What is the minimum order? Our minimum order is one dozen cookies. All cookies are sold by the dozen.
Are your cookies seasonal or limited edition? Our core six flavors are available year round. We may introduce seasonal and limited edition flavors during holidays and special occasions. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide? Yes! We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS Ground. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What shipping methods are available and what do they cost? We ship via UPS Ground at a flat rate of $12.00 per order. Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.00. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
When will my order ship? All orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM Central Time ship the following Thursday. Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 PM Central Time ship the Thursday of the following production week.
How do I track my shipment? Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can track your order directly on the UPS website at ups.com.
What happens if my package is delayed or damaged in transit? If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at cookies4college2025@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Cookies-4-College is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or weather conditions.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery? We do not offer local pickup or delivery at this time. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground nationwide.
Can I choose a preferred shipping date? At this time all orders ship on Thursdays. We do not offer preferred shipping date selection. All orders follow our weekly production and shipping schedule.
Do cookies stay fresh during shipping? Yes! All cookies are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit. We use high quality packaging materials to ensure your cookies arrive in perfect condition. We recommend consuming your cookies within 7 days of delivery for optimal freshness.
Products & Ingredients
What cookie flavors do you offer? We currently offer six premium flavors — Classic Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, Crownie Cookie, Oatmeal Cookies, Chunky Peanut Butter, and The MashUp. All cookies are sold by the dozen at $18.00 per dozen.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly options? At this time we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options. All cookies are baked in a licensed commercial kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. Please review our full allergen information on our Menu page before ordering.
What is the shelf life once cookies arrive? Our cookies are freshest within 7 days of delivery when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months for longer storage.
How should I store cookies to keep them fresh? Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days. For longer storage place cookies in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for up to 3 months. To enjoy frozen cookies simply thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes or warm in the oven at 300°F for 5 minutes.
Do some cookies contain nuts? Yes. Several of our cookies are available with or without chopped pecans or walnuts. Please review our Menu page for full ingredient and allergen details. If you have a nut allergy please contact us before ordering.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Square payments.
Do you accept Apple Pay or Google Pay? Yes! We accept both Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout for a fast and secure payment experience.
Can I use a gift card or promo code? We do not currently offer gift cards or promo codes. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about special offers and promotions!
Is my payment information secure? Yes! All payments are processed securely through WooCommerce Payments and Square. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Do you accept custom or bulk orders? Yes! We accept custom and bulk orders for corporate events, school functions, weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions. Please visit our Custom Orders page or contact us at cookies4college2025@gmail.com for a custom quote.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders? Yes! We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us at cookies4college2025@gmail.com with your order details and we will provide a custom quote based on quantity and requirements.
Can I request special packaging or branded orders? We are happy to discuss special packaging and branded order options for corporate and bulk orders. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and requirements.
How far in advance should I place a custom order? We recommend placing custom and bulk orders at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
Fuel a Future Contributions
How does Fuel a Future work? Fuel a Future is our voluntary contribution program that allows customers and supporters to make a direct contribution to the Cookies-4-College mission. Every dollar contributed goes toward college tuition, textbooks, and supplies.
What impact does my contribution have? Your contribution directly funds college tuition (70%), books and supplies (20%), and business operations (10%) for the Coleman family’s educational mission. Every dollar makes a real difference in funding a college education.
Can I round up my order to contribute more? Yes! During checkout you can add a Fuel a Future Contribution to your order in any amount you choose. Simply add it to your cart alongside your cookie order.
Is my contribution tax-deductible? Cookies-4-College is a for-profit family business and not a registered nonprofit organization. Contributions to C4C are voluntary, non-equity contributions to support early operations and are not tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.
Is my contribution an investment or equity stake? No. A contribution to Cookies-4-College is a voluntary contribution to support early operations and is not an investment or equity stake. Contributors receive no ownership, shares, or financial return of any kind.
